The hills echo and call my name, follow me on my journey to the top of the mountain. Doves watch me from the river and make a joyous wish. Birds fly and sing overhead, I love you, do you love me? There is certainty in my voice, and I hear it in my ears, and my throat sings a happy tune! |

| SPRING |
Sun, flowers, and grass, green leaves and rain arriving in the month of April in two months school closes Welcome Spring with green grass and leaves and colorful flowers, with beautiful scents so refreshing; I’m glad to be alive, and loving soon it will be 8 p.m.; wish it wouldn’t grow dark so soon. |

| The Merry Month of May The fifth month with bright and pastel flowers in bloom, not grown by be, but by others in a garden, or on sale at a florist, brought to me as a token of love or appreciation, like the carnations I often bought for myself, for a trip, or depression, or to raise someone’s morale, colors so uplifting. I was born in May. |

Green leaves in abundance cover the land. Today, no sun shows, only rain predicted. But there is always hope for tomorrow. Color me blue, but not unhappy, I follow my path, past fields of green; the shadows hide me from the sun, for I may be burned to a crisp, my skin is sensitive. I must master my weaknesses, learn how to deal with them, be proud of my accomplishments, make decisions I feel correct, be honest about my gains and losses; tomorrow is another day. The birds fly low, sniffing the soft grass that waits for them to come; I know how that feels, for I wait there, too, for a new day to dawn, and the sun visit me.
A friend comes to you, and stays, out of love, out of need, a friend to cherish, a life-long friend, from start to finish. Friends, like flowers come in different sizes, different shapes, different colors, scents, sprays and bouquets, separately, together. Life has its ups and downs; one day the sun will shine, another the rain will pour, both are needed for nourishment. We were born with insides and outsides, one day the sun will shine, another the rain will pour, both are needed for inner and outer growth. ![]() To Lift and Be Uplifted, To lift my hands and pray and be uplifted by God, for Him to show and teach me the best way to live; for Him to show me that I am good and can always be; to show that I can be a friend of the best kind. Sunlight back yard front yard the stillness of morning waiting to greet you before breakfast on a Monday morning. Eagerly we await the day, a new morning on the horizon. |

Autumn leaves turning, coloring my world, I am filled with awe at the beauty, it lights up my world. August winds down, September begins; Labor Day, School begins, Fall starts. I love Fall— Autumn, as some call it. Leaves change colors, then fall, crushed and brown, and trees bare their nakedness. ![]() Carousel The carousel has gaily painted horses, Children and adults, loving every turn; they think, I have passed this before My! Am I dizzy! But I stay on and go around once more |

Life is worth living, no matter how long or how short, our destinies in God's hands. He holds us from up above, although for the present we don't see him; He sees us. He wants us to pray, to help others, wherever and whenever we can. Someday we will meet Him face to face, and thank Him for showing us the way. ![]() Happy are those who have a song in their hearts, gentleness in their souls, who dream when they sleep and wake to the glory of morn, who worship God from morning til night, who wish for a better life, and do not take for granted the beauty bestowed upon them, who pray for a better world for others and themselves. The hills echo and call my name, follow me on my journey to the top of the mountain. Doves watch me from the river and make a joyous wish. Birds fly and sing overhead, I love you, do you love me? There is certainty in my voice, and I hear it in my ears, and my throat sings a happy tune! |
