Beautifying Its Own

Beautifying Its Own

Here in the maze it remains the same
Love has no pot to retain water
Compassion rots away
Leaving all word void of depth

What is true in the Land —
Is that everyone hates equally
Yet men become Branches of God
An impossibility of thought

The pot will repair itself
Religious thought makes it so
Leafing goodness
Into all men's hearts.

Upon Your Heart

My Brothers, listen to the pitter-patter
That God placed upon our hearts
View your Brothers — with biblical minds
There you will find his Godly Boom
It is a divine heartbeat
One in accord to our Gospel
Let unity of the divine
Fill your heart
And when it is full
You will understand
God's Pitter-Patter
Upon your heart.

Champs

My Brothers
We are God's Champions
Ready to beat feet upon Satan
Here fear is not allowed
We are students to endurance
One family, one joy and one faith —
And one hope

So why do Brothers beat one another
What is gained in Slander
Have we all dismissed Biblical forgiveness
Let's kneel, pray and love in repentance.

Friends

Sitting out here on this itchy green
Gives me great joy
Casting shadows before each other
Worrying not about them lingering
Hanging out with you
Gives me joy

When I fall down —
Kicking a hacky-sack
You are there with a warm-hearted giggle
Yes Bro's! seeing God's word alive
In each of you moves me
For me your are worthy of celebration.
